What do we do

Kendrick Services (KS) is a San Antonio, Texas based Financial Institution Internal Audit Outsourcing company.

Formed in the summer of 1990, KS specializes in providing all facets of internal audit services to all types and sizes of financial institutions. From the small community bank that simply needs a firm to cover their internal audit needs to large banks that may need more specific specialization, KS covers it all - operational internal control audits, regulatory compliance audits, information technology audits, oversight of your internal audit function, ACH, BSA, IRR, etc.

KS is not a typical accounting firm staffed largely with CPA’s and accounting educated professionals. Yes, part of our staff are CPA’s, but we also have CISA, CISSP, C|EH, CAMS, CCBCO, CBA, CRP, CBAP, AAP, SACP team members. Team members specializing and certified in their respective fields of IT, network security and penetration, regulatory compliance, BSA, ACH and risk assessment. Team members that have worked on the other side – the auditee – and know and understand the day to day grinds and challenges that management faces.

Since our beginning, KS has centered on being internal audit specialist and pretend to be nothing more or nothing less. KS is not a firm with multiple accounting, consulting, tax and auditing services … we are not constantly challenging some strategic planning model to expand our skill sets into other areas in order to benefit a revenue stream. We are internal audit specialist. That is our target. That is our focus. That is what we have always done and will always do. All KS energies and resources are placed into the strategies, the cutting edge practices, the effectiveness and efficiency of producing a quality internal audit product for your institution and your regulatory needs.
